What are the prices for entertainment?
Pricing depends on the entertainment requested and how many dancers will be included. Please contact us, and we will customize entertainment to fit your needs and make your event memorable!

How far in advance do I need to reserve SambaMar entertainment for an upcoming event?
Please contact us as soon as possible to reserve the date of your event! Holidays and weekends can book early and fast! We request a partial deposit of the total cost to reserve the date.

What kind of events does SambaMar entertain?
We provide entertainment at various events including birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, concerts, corporate events, community events, fundraisers, galas, country clubs, and more! We can provide entertainment indoors, outdoors, on stage, a dancefloor, a livingroom, backyard, etc.

What costumes will the dancers wear?
We wear costumes based on client preferences. Costumes can range from conservative such as one-piece leotards for more coverage to less conservative two-piece bikini style for a more traditional samba look. If you have color preferences, we will do our best to accommodate.

Why is the "Signature Samba Experience" entertainment option the most popular?
This option is the most popular because of the potential surprise factor!
Guests can be surprised by announcing there is a special show they are about to experience. The entrance song is when each dancer comes out onto the dance floor one-by-one and interacts with the guests as they are in awe by the music, dancing, and feathered costumes!
Dancers continue to perform 1-3 choreographed samba songs as showtime for guests to enjoy, take photos/video, and experience samba music, dance, and energy!
The Signature Samba Experience gets the party started with dancing-guest-interaction. Us samba dancers will guide guests to the dancefloor and keep the dancing going! Guests will dance to match our fun dance moves, positive energy, and bright festive costumes!
We hold a tradition of starting a conga line train around the room to get everyone moving! It's super fun!
We can also give special attention to a guest of honor such as a birthday person by placing them in the middle of the room and dancing around them.
Ambiance dancing can be included. Ambiance dancers provide more of a background vibe such as circulating through an event space as guests are mingling or dancing freestyle to music (live band or DJ) - think "go-go dancing" on the sidelines.
To round out the night, our dancers pose for photo opportunities with guests as a memorable way to remember the occasion.

What does the "greeting" service include?
Greeting is an entertainment service that positions dancers at an entryway to greet guests as they arrive. It's a great way to welcome guests and provide fun photo opportunities to kick-off your event!

What does the "dancing-guest-interaction" service include?
We will guide guests to the dancefloor and keep the dancing going! Guests will dance to match our fun dance moves, positive energy, and bright festive costumes!

Are all the dancers from Brazil?
SambaMar entertainment encourages performers of all ethnic backgrounds to learn and love samba in their own way.

We find fun in expressing a fusion of samba with other styles of dance such as belly dance, Asian, Latin ballroom, salsa, bachata, and more. Our goal is to bring energy, beauty, and rhythm to your event!

Outside of our love of dancing, our dancers have daytime careers including registered nursing, real estate, and ballroom instruction. We enjoy taking time to share our love of samba inspired dance to make your event a fun and memorable one! We hope to see you at your next event!
